I was wondering why some of the units in the K1 pdf have 0 as their target number? Is that meant to be an auto success, or just that they don't roll , or they have no ability to attack or defend?
Hello! Correct, the villagers and clerics have no offensive capabilities. They can still take hits from enemy units, and the clerics have their own special ability. This module is designed to be hard for a total Good victory. Thanks!
I really enjoy this system for wargaming as I wanted something simple to start off with. Though with the goals here laid out about the system. Is there any way without the hassle to make a document from scratch and instead build ontop of the NARFO rules similair to the module provided?
For sure mate. I'll make a follow-up document for creators out there that gives a solid base to start with. Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you enjoy it!
It is an error. My apologies! I accidentally marked the files as 'executables', and removed them rather than reclassified them in error. Thank you for pointing it out!
I've also included a module I've created and run previously with the system, to hopefully provide a better proof of concept.

...The status says "released," and yet there are no files.
Is this in error? I find myself intrigued by the design goals laid out.

I'm glad I said something, then!
I'll give them a look shortly!
